After successfully completing her education in Physiotherapy from Sancheti Institute Of Orthopedics And Rehabilitation, Pune, Dr. Chaitee Gulwadi has gained an in-deapth experience of 15 years. Her elaborated career in Orthopedics and related conditions including the different techniques like Kinesiotaping, Myofascia Release, Structural Integration, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Muscle Activation, Pilates, Joint Manipulations and others has developed a vision for the factors responsible for body's normalcy in functional movement. She believes in the complete understanding of ' body movement (Kinesis) pattern' which is very individual specific. Any alteration in this pattern is the cause or result of 'dysfunction' in our body. Hence the treatment protocol has to be specific in every case, even though there are cases with same diagnosis.She is also known for her extensive work in cases of Total Knee Replacement and Frozen Shoulder and has developed her own exercise protocols which have proved to be absolutely painfree having outstanding results.
